26M, 82kgs, 152cms, - been doing 35mins x 2 times a day for the past week now and intend on doing it forever now(hopefully), my question is, is this cardio and a few squat reps enough for me to start loosing some weight by the end of a month and diet is - 4 chapatis, 2 bowls of vegetables, half cucumber with 50grams of curd and no sugar at all throughout x 2 meals (lunch dinner, no breakfast)?
