What do you do if incontinent to the point of wear diapers

I might be homeless soon, I’m a fairly healthy 28 year old with severe adhd and possibly bipolar still waiting for official diagnosis for bipolar as I don’t have the traditional manic symptoms like my one psychiatrist said but we’re getting a second opinion, I deal with severe incontinence I’m getting all the advice for that and been seeing a urologist and it’s not something I can magically cure atm

I’m in Canada Ontario btw

Anyways what do I do, does anyone else struggle with this, like 3-5 briefs a day how will I deal with it I can’t carry cases of diapers everywhere it’s to big, I’m also at a point where once I become homeless I’m probably going to end it all I was in a shelter as a youth but I have aged out now and it’s worse for adults and haven’t had progress due to being in and out of a psych ward past few years due to attempts and I’m pretty confident if I go there being suicidal I’ll just get kicked out anyway as I’m homeless, but I’m pretty sure they don’t take people seriously who are homeless cause everyone wants a place who’s homeless they know that, I honestly don’t want to deal with it, I already struggle while being housed and if I don’t have shelter that’ll be my breaking point the world sucks anyways

Any advice, I’m looking at job options so please refrain from giving advice on job options. I’m in a transitional shelter so it’s not possible to stay longer, all it would take is for them to call the cops and I would immediately be trespassed it’s not one of those things I can just stay and resist getting kicked out.

Also I’m completely addiction free and I do take prescribed medication properly so I’m not a loss cause just broken mentally

Thanks for the advice
