Hey everyone, I’m going into first year engineering at UCalgary and trying to decide between the 8 AM block and the 11 AM block.

Which one did you choose, and did you regret it later?

Was the morning block better for productivity and free time, or was the afternoon block easier to manage with the engineering workload?

Also, how hard was it to stay consistent with attendance and studying in each block?

I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences from current or past engineering students. Thanks!
