Hey everyone,

I just had a call with a recruiter for an SDE II role. They told me my first round (virtual) will be a DSA live coding round — I'll get a coding link and need to solve a DSA problem live, plus some LP (Leadership Principles) questions.

If you've done Amazon SDE II interviews recently, I'd love to know:

1. Timeline – How long did the whole process take?
2. Rounds – How many rounds were there after this first one?
3. Loop – In the loop, how many rounds were DSA, how many were HLD, and how many were LLD? Was there a Bar Raiser round? Or any new rounds were added, like AI coding / Refactor or bug fixing?
4. Difficulty:
   • DSA: Were the problems easy, medium, or hard? Any common topics (graphs, DP, trees)?
   • HLD: What kind of systems did they ask you to design? Did they expect you to know AWS services?
   • LLD: Was it mostly OOP design, class diagrams, or design patterns?

My first round is coming up soon, so any tips or experiences would really help. Thanks!

I completed the OA in the first week and was wondering if anyone has gotten an interview invite or any update yet. Also, for those who moved forward, how long did it usually take for a recruiter to reach out asking for interview availability?
