Small vending operator here trying to grow past a few machines. Still using spreadsheets for inventory, restocks, pricing, and tracking what sells.

I’ve looked at some of the newer AI/smart market systems, but a lot of them seem expensive and lock you into their tech ecosystem with a pretty high monthly payment.

Curious what people are doing or looking for tips if anyone is willing.

• What are you currently using to manage your machines?
• What’s the biggest headache in your current setup?
• Is the expensive “smart” stuff actually worth it?
