i run an AI influencer page which attracts a fair amount of online attention (3M+ views in month 1)

i funnel people into subscription sites like Fanvue, fans sub and pay to chat and unlock content. some people think thats grim, which is fine, genuinely no hard feelings.

To be clear, the customers on Fanvue KNOW that the influencers are AI, it's not hidden in any way.

Some of my main takeaways:

pictures don't matter THAT much. (yes its important, just not a dealbreaker).

i was 80% pictures 20% chats. but i SHOULD have been 80% chats 20% pictures. once i did that $150+ a day was MUCH more consistent (some days there is more, some days of course less)

It's not completely passive - anyone telling you this kind of thing runs itself is lying to you. creating images is a grind. However, the chats are now fully automated

rough steps (lmk if you want more info)

1. create your model & niche etc
2. post on insta a few times a day (eye catching reels)
3. dont put any links on your profile until you're at 1-2k followers
4. once you are, put a link to your Fanvue in a story highlight (NOT in the bio)
5. make sure the Fanvue vault is packed with content before you send anyone there
6. set up a Fanvue autochatter, ideally one with smart pricing & voicenotes
7. the autochatter sells stuff from your library on its own with the smart pricing, so your actual job becomes image & content creation
