Overheard a guy who is pretty jacked at my gym telling beginners to only use isolate because it improves “vascularity and cuts” 🤷

He also said concentrate is “trash” and will cause fat gain and is better for bulking

actually , isolate vs concentrate mainly differs in lactose/fat content — total protein intake matters way more than absorption speed for muscle growth.

Kinda wild how jacked confident guys can mislead beginners
