I'm a player from Russia, and I've encountered an annoying bug in the game. I decided to contact Rockstar's technical support, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't send them a ticket.
I just keep getting a "Submission Error."
My question is, how can I contact Rockstar support?

I’ve tried using a VPN, syncing with Windows 11, and trying from my iPhone—the same problem everywhere…
About 6–7 months ago, I was able to submit tickets, but now it’s impossible.
I understand that I’m from Russia, which is why I’m getting this error, but there must be a way…
