Just as the title says.

We are doing some serious renovations this summer/fall and I'm asking around for recommendations.

We have an unoccupied 2 story unit, with attached 3 car garage. Roughly 2,000 sq ft total.

We want to demo it and build a standard 2 car garage (one story) in its place, and convert the rest to a grass yard. The garage would stand where the unit currently is, and the yard would replace the current 3 car garage (which is collapsing).

Live in Little Rock proper.
