Customer has all electric rads running of the time control in the bottom left. If I switch this time device out for a 20a rcbo will the rads be able to come on on demand?

In an apartment and alll the rads are old school electric. No power into the spur on any of them and can’t seem to find a master switch/timer for them. Any ideas

Apartment with a busy board. Customer wants an electric shower put in. There’s very little room to manoeuvre. Any ideas?
