Lawyer for ADA& Discrimination?

Hello, I am employed at Walmart and have been requesting an accomodation to show to both employees and customers tha I am deaf.I do use hearing aids. I have worked there for over 90 days. Despite this, I have not received any accommodation. I have been subject to yelling and demands to work faster. I have explained that my deafness makes it difficult for me to comply, especially since I working at an environment with on going construction due to the remodel, which further complicates communication, I work overnights as a remodel team associate. .Is there a lawyer I can consult with? I have been repeatedly referred elsewhere...Side note, they raised my point to 12.5 but when I told them about the vest again, it went down to 1.5, 5 point is termination.
I would send certain lawyers an email with proof, screenshots and a file of my audiogram.
