Question for anyone who had the onyx embolization. Did it work for you once and done? Did you have to go back for a myelogram to confirm?

Has anyone here experienced rebound headaches while in an upright position? I had the intravenous onyx embolization for my csf leak and of course have the standard frontal headache now when laying flat. But sometimes I have that pressure while in an upright position. And I'm on diamox which may be causing some of it too. Doea this sounds familiar to anyone else? Oh, and my surgery was about 11 day ago. Thank. Prayers for all.
