Hey everyone,

Like a lot of us right now, I’ve been navigating the brutal job market. I realized I was spending almost as much time manually logging my applications into Notion as I was actually applying to places.

So, I built AgentApply to automate the pipeline.

How it works:

  1. It connects to your Gmail and silently listens for ATS receipts (e.g., "Thank you for applying to [Company]", invites for interviews/assessments).
  2. It extracts the job specs and automatically populates a visual Kanban dashboard.
  3. If a card sits in the "Applied" column for 14 days, the AI logs it and automatically drafts a context-aware follow-up email based on the job description and your resume.

The Catch: Because the app requires the gmail.modify restricted scope to read receipts and create email drafts, Google has me locked in "Testing" mode until I undergo a full security audit.

That means I have a hard cap of 100 users, and I have to manually whitelist your exact Gmail address in GCP before you can log in.

I'm looking for about 20 beta testers who are actively applying to jobs right now to see if this actually saves them time, and to help me iron out the bugs before I push for a public launch.

If you want to test it out, drop your email in this quick form so I can whitelist you, and I’ll send you the login link!

Would love to hear any feedback on the landing page https://www.agent-apply.app or the concept itself!
