Yahoo - No recovery options listed - but there is and I cant get into my Account!!!
The other day I was in my email and decided to remove the "passkey" option because I have never had a USB to plug in and sign me in. After removing the Passkey I was kicked out of my email on all devices. Now I cannot get back in. I try to do a recovery but get this message "No recovery options listed. This account can no longer be accessed. To keep using Yahoo, create a new account or go to Help for more options."
But when I call the number 1-800-305-7664 and it looks up just the first 3 letters it reads of the full email and when I enter my other email it shows the one I am locked out of as being connected.
How do I get access to my email account????
This email account gets my important emails in relation to utilities, mortgage, medical, banking, my daughters school, and so much more. I can't lose access to this information!
