How to develop slow burn relationship?
I'm writing a fanfic at the moment I have the main idea and conclusion, climax yet I fail to make it happen in a way that make sense So I'm seeking advice on how to make relationship development? The main dynamic is both characters were secretly together before (they were on rival teams at the time) but character A dumbed ch B out of nowhere and without a reason now after this started picking fights whenever they meet on the filed and acting in bitter way towards them
after years (present ) they are forced to play on same team , and they will mange to learn to learn form each other and finally getting back together basically angst slow burn
So the problem is I don't know how to develop this dynamic with real experience for them with character analysis
