So this is my first playthrough, and I’m going for the queen trophy before I go to NG+ for the rest

Completely new to chalice dungeons and the glyphs I’ve seen for farming it won’t let me use, so if I have the materials do I just make any depth 5 root chalice and then back out to use said glyphs? Don’t wanna waste the materials after all that time collecting them
