It’s so exploitative this new rental laws. I called a building which had 2500 for a one bedroom and 3300 for a two bedroom house. I gave them a call and the agent said it’s actually 2650 for the one bedroom as the last units are left. My question is, how can a family afford that? Like that’s so much money. I literally feel so hopeless cause I cannot afford a one bedroom in this city now?
