Anyone in this subreddit ever competed in the celtic warrior 70.3 distance. I would love to hear your experience as I cant seem to find much about it online at all and I’m due to race it at the start of august.

For your hourly carb intake on the bike am i supposed to spread it out such as a gel every 30 minutes or get all my carbs in at the start of the hour? Is there a right or wrong way to go about this? Thanks
