Honestly I'm not sure why it got to this point but I'm struggling to hit 1500kcals. I'm barely hitting 800kcals, everything I'm trying seems to destroy my stomach. I get so gassy from anything and everything. The thing that has helped the most is protein water and sneaking collagen into things like rice. Any suggestions on easy to digest proteins/meal ideas? Yes I know my numbers are scary. I'm really trying to improve.
