Hey so I got a passport request email while I am in Canada on a visit visa. The thing is the 6 month duration end is approaching and I will have to leave Canada and I haven't heard back from them yet. If I submit my passport now, would I be able to get it before I need to leave Canada? Or do I even have to leave since my PR would be done?
But I don't think I even have to submit my passport, I might have to just show a virtual landing but I haven't heard back from ircc regarding this too. The deadline to submit my passport is in 2 days.I only got one email asking where I landed and about my current address and this was 3 weeks ago. I updated them immediately via email and a webform(LDN Immigration uses webforms for their queries) but I still haven't heard back.
Can someone help me out?
