We are FTB buying a 3 bedroom house (freehold) initially we were told restrictive covenant in place and that we can’t do any building or extension, now we are told the house is impacted by the building safety act 2022 and solicitors are asking us to sign the document and we will pay 1440£, can someone explain how that affects us ?
