We are a boutique management agency looking for a high-tier Chat Support / Account Manager to handle a premium digital creator's account (18+ demographic) on a major subscription platform. We are NOT looking for a robot who just copies and pastes; we need someone who truly understands sales psychology, customer retention, and high-end relationship building.

📝 Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Scope of Work):

• Manage the creator's inbox during the assigned shift.
• Initiate and maintain engaging, authentic conversations with fans.
• Execute up-sells and manage custom content requests.
• Organize and label subscribers in the CRM vault for targeted mass messaging.
• Build long-term retention and loyalty with VIP spenders.

💰 The Offer & Compensation:

• Base Pay: $3.00/hour.
• Commissions: 10% aggressive commission on all High-Ticket sales.
• Payouts: Base salary is paid weekly (every Sunday). Commissions are paid monthly at the start of the month to account for any chargebacks.
• Payment Method: Paid seamlessly via digital international transfer (Stable digital equivalents). Please make sure you are comfortable with non-traditional bank payouts before applying.

⏰ The Schedule:

• Part-time / Steady hours: 30 hours per week.
• Shift: 5 hours a day, 6 days a week (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT).

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

• Exceptional, fluent English (you need to understand slang and sound completely natural).
• Experience in the subscription-based digital creator industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like Infloww or Super Creator) is a huge plus.
