Should I give up volunteer firefighting?
After 12 years of volunteering as a firefighter, I notice that lately my heart rate goes up crazy when I go into live fire or maze. Last night at the training it was clear when I gave up during second evolution of live fire training. I think I’m out of shape and in search for a solution. What can I do to bring myself to shape again? Or should I just give up?
