My mom passed away a couple of months ago and it hit me that I couldn't call her to tell her about getting a surgery date. Mind if I share the news with you lot? I finally got my surgery date for June 10th!

Has anyone had any issues with having low iron before getting their surgery done? I'm going in for a consult on Tuesday and I'm worried they're going to want to deny me surgery until I bring my levels back up. I'm on a time crunch due to work.
