40kg down.

40kg down.

Still have terrible posture though. My "goal" is another 10kg to put me at BMI 24.5 but my real goal is just to get to a point where I'm happy with how I'm eating and how I feel, whether I fall short of or surpass that number. The number itself was something to put in Shotsy as a target but it's not something I obsess over. I love looking at stats and graphs so I like the data from that point of view, but this side by side has really made me see a change. I still feel big, but I'm now starting to get too small for my clothes from 6 years ago before I put on the extra weight. I am nonbinary and had top surgery, but am on my body's naturally supplied hormones. My chest dysphoria was fixed with top surgery but I'm starting to get some hip dysphoria with weight loss!
