I bought a used 330d a few months ago and apparently whilst in drive you shouldn't see what gear you are in unless the gearbox has been flashed. I have used the xHP app and it doesn't say it has been tuned but on MHD flasher it shows the flash counter at 2. I am guessing that it has been flashed using the alpina map.
