Are there other career choices?

I’m a 40F with a EU citizenship. I have a degree in marketing but I never really worked with it. I worked all my life with language and arts education (English, music and theatre). But I guess being a freelance teacher is a poorly paid job anywhere and of course I don’t have paid sick leave or paid holidays. A couple of years ago I tried moving to tech and I fell into the trap of a bootcamp course for UX Design - which I enjoyed but I had no idea the job market was this bad (and that a lot of these courses aren’t too popular with companies). Now I don’t know what to do… I’m still teaching but I wanted something more stable (or that I don’t have to keep looking for new students on a daily basis). I can speak something between B1-B2 German, not perfectly but I can handle conversations. Any thoughts or tips?
