For me it would be the croma gc as it only shows Out of stock, when they remove that I will fade away with my points.

I’m new to AI training/annotation/labeling and don’t have professional experience yet, but I’ve built several Agentic AI projects using LLMs, tools, RAG, workflows, and multi-agent systems. Would this kind of hands-on project experience be useful when applying for AI evaluation/training roles, or do most platforms mainly look for formal/professional experience?

For someone with my background, what type of beginner projects or assessments would you recommend starting with to build relevant experience?

I have seen many people and myself getting rejected even for the simplest roles. And they always have the roles up for hiring.
At this point I think they are only collecting data from their Ai interviews.
