Towards 200 36 kg OALC

Been keeping an eye on my 200 rep goal for 36 kg OALC in one workout. Seems plausible but pretty daunting. Things go awry: back, knees, hands etc. I want it to happen easily. Ive done 4 workouts of 150 reps and those have gotten easier. been throwing in double long cycle and some pentathlons to improve full body strength and cardio. hope to have a 200 reps in the bank soon!

From 100->150 SA Long Cycle 36kg

My journey towards hitting 200 single arm Long Cycles in a single workout is underway.

2 days ago I hit 100 in 21 minutes, didn’t feel terrible, but tough.

Today I hit 150 in 26 minutes, but those last 30 reps were a complete struggle (don’t have video of the end of the workout, not pretty) my hands were failing and my lockout got wobbly. but victory accomplished.

I bounce between sets of 8 and 12, 8 allows shorter rest, 12 really gets the engines roaring for a bit. i think to hit 200 I’ll need to pace it slower (it’s my only hope).

onward and upward

100 SA Long Cycle workout with 36kg

100 SA Long Cycle workout with 36kg. no other rules. I liked this workout a lot, felt like I got stronger over the workout, and set a goal to do a workout that hits 200 SA long cycle with a 36kg within a few weeks.

Just trying to contribute back to this awesome community.
