Hey reddit- I'm a local baker in town and I'm teaching bagel making classes! Me and my co-owner made a business called Denver Dough. Our classes are extremely beginner friendly and you get to eat bagels in class (with a full lox spread and pizza bagel options), go home with 6 fresh bagels, and dough balls to finish at home.
