We are buying an 8 year old condo in the Greater Boston area with hardwood floors. Condo was rented the last few years. Minor scratches on the floor, but overall condition is very good. Plan to live there atleast 5-7 years, possibly longer. Is it worth to “Buff and recoat” prior to moving in or wait few years? Minimal vendors available to do it and cost is $3-3.5/sq.ft.
