Has anyone actually figured out the right way to use AI job application tools?

I've been experimenting with automated job applications recently, and I'm starting to think the number of applications isn't main thing

this bigger question seems to be whether the tool is actually finding jobs that match your experience and applying early enough to matter

for example, finding a job directly on a company career page feels very different from applying after it has already been sitting on linkedIn for a few days.

I've been looking at Tsenta because it seems to focus heavily on discovering roles directly from company career pages and then applying automatically

for people who have used Tsenta or similar AI job application tools, what actually made biggest difference for you?

better job matching, applying earlier, resume tailoring or simply saving time?
