Dreams of Santa Muerte
First time. Really new to this. For context, I know absolutely nothing about Santa De La Muerte so any and all knowledge thrown to me is very much appreciated. I saw her in a dream th first time ever. I was so blissfully unaware of her that I didn’t even know she existed and cudnt even catch the name in the dream. All i remember was hearing the words Muerte and i gathered and searched the rest on my own. Okay here’s the actual dream part:
I saw myself running from some one into this escape room. There were huge iron props of Xs and Ys and Crosses and when u pull it up or down as a lever you might find the escape hatch or it could just be the wrong one. I then turn and see this HUGE and I mean the grandest altar i’ve ever seen my entire life. From the bottom to the top it was filled, lined with huge black and white magnolias or dahlias. I could be wrong but those flowers were distinctively HUGE. I see Her dressed in all black, it was more of a beautiful shiny life size stone statue of her but it felt like her standing. She was dressed in a HUGE BLACK robe that i believe covered her head too. I stood at a distance from her altar. Now here’s the interesting part. I look at her and i’m scared. Then, something, some force is pulling my body to her statue. And when i reach it, I immediately join my hands and pray, I think it was for protection. And i’m scared of her at the same time, feeling like she is right behind me and i remember the hair on the back of my neck standing as i feel her presence behind me. I get really scared and I ran away. Which now i think was stupid. But yes, I am really really curious as to who she is, and why she chose ME to appear to considering i’m someone who didn’t even know her name until now.
