Hello Everyone, Can a Canadian citizen sponsor their spouse if the Canadian citizen lives outside Canada for work but the spouse who needs to be sponsored is in Canada on Visitor Record?

- will this be considered outland/inland?

- Can the spouse apply for owp based on the sponsorship

- Has anyone done this or something similar?

- Does anyone knows an attorney who has experience regarding such cases
