recently changed job from public to private and i’m about 2 months in. business in the private has not been great and the management team kept on telling me to enjoy the free time while i still can but so far the client flow has been really slow. i got offered from another place which has endless flow of clients but it pay less than current one. i have the goal to open my own space in few years time. my goal now is to earn as much as i can to save up on the capital and also experiences as well, do you think i should take up the new offer or stay?

✅ good connections with dr, might help build reputation
❌ commission lesser but easy to hit target
