Than who would be so smart to create a certain dog that could speak and control gadgets through their backpacks when is genetically altered anyways if you like dogs your gonna like a another thing that could potentially be popular and be seen on Nickelodeon like a new team of human-level aptitude animals with special powers and they're used to save the world (e.g. jojo jackals) or it could it be something not an animal instead a physical manifestation of a true power comes with a great responsibility
