I was on Z for 13 months (2/25-3/26), and lost 86 lbs. Insurance stopped covering it, so after I finished what I had left I had to just stop. In the six weeks I’ve been off, I gained about 14 lbs. I ate sweets, which I hadn’t done in a very long time, and I realized I tend to eat more on the weekends. Like just aimlessly in the kitchen. I am more posting to thank everyone for sharing and asking questions. I promised myself I’d never get big again and I came here and read for two weeks, and placed the order. It’s on the way and I am so excited.
