What does being ranked 43rd on the list for a
local in PA realistically mean moving forward?

For anyone who’s been through the elevator apprenticeship process, how does the list usually move, and what are the chances of actually getting called? I’m trying to figure out if being in the 40s is a decent spot.

Also, after rankings come out, what usually happens next? Is it basically just waiting for work demand/openings, or are there more steps before getting brought out?
