Marketing agency owners need help

I am an AI engineer, who offers AI as service ( teach AI tools eg claude code, Implementing AI as workflows ie agents, automations etc into your systems or).

Over the last few months I have figured out marketing agencies face these challenges:

  1. Skill gaps and lack of AI training/education (most agencies doesn't know beyond chatgpt)
  2. Client reporting is repetitive and tiresome
  3. Onboarding a new client takes a lot of time, can be automated easily
  4. Uncertainty about ROI and business impact of AI
  5. Being overwhelmed by too many AI tools, news and so on
  6. Fear of getting replaced by AI
    ---

I’d love to know what challenges you’re currently facing that I may be able to help you with?

I have figures out a way to calculate ROI of AI implementation for marketing agencies

ROI = [(Annual Savings−Annual Automation Cost)/ Annual Automation Cost ] x 100

let's say you are a marketing agency, and you wanna automate client reporting.
you have:

  1. 3 account managers
  2. working 7 hrs/ week
  3. Hourly fees $35

so, annual cost of reporting would be 3*7*35*52 = $38220

---

say now you automate 75% of the task,
then cost saving will be: $28,665/ year (ie 75% of $38220)

---

and to implement and maintain AI, it costed you $5000

---

so, ROI = [(28665-5000)/5000] x 100 = 473% in the first year itself

---

in the consecutive years you don't have implementation cost, you just have maintenance cost.

so from the next year your ROI will be even higher.
