My work bought me an HP Series 5 Pro 24” WUXGA monitor with a 16:10 aspect ratio for my home office. I’m going to add a gaming monitor next to it that I can use for both productivity and gaming. I’ve narrowed it down to 27” Legion monitors, but I’d love opinions on whether a curved or a flat monitor would be most suitable.

Does anyone use a dual-monitor setup that has one curved and one flat monitor? I worry switching back and forth between the aspect ratios and shapes will be distracting for productivity use.

I’ve also never used a curved monitor before. I mainly play strategy and RPG games so I think I’d prefer it over a flat monitor, but what is your preference?
