UPDATE: Had em removed. Dentist advised all 4. Anxious about getting stuff in the sockets/holes

He recommended all 4 removed while acknowledging removal of them is often done for no good reason, he said I specifically had some decent reason to. SO i'm not afraid that i did it for no good reason, but i AM of course nervous about dry socket... I can't help but do some suction whenever I swallow. Not spitting is manageable but frustrating me... and how am I supposed to brush my teeth thoroughly without brushing over the healing spots??

Also... are meridian lines BS? Theres gotta be some truth to 'if an uncleaned removal section gets healed over, the body will obsess over it and therefore you'll be fatigued, maybe without even knowing why'

I don't want to get food stuck in them, I hope there isn't dead tissue or unclean ligaments at the bottom... I'll have to ask what exactly each of the 4 sites are like... I think one of them mightve been more complicated than the others, some might've been left in? Agh..

Nervous about getting them taken out...

I'm scheduled to have my wisdom teeth (at least the bottom 2, probably all 4) taken out in a few days... and I'm really considering opting out, because I'm anxious at the idea of... well, obviously the basic stuff like the small risk of nerve damage (which... surely nerve damage in one place could mess up nerves in other places? right? but i guess not...) ... and dry socket... which. i swallow and suck a lot, i feel like id end up having a load of trouble with it. but i suppose id have trouble with it in the FUTURE anyways... since i can imagine having troubles in the future...

but more than anything, I'm worried about long term effects; I've heard people talk about feeling more fatigued, about increased risk of heart problems or hormonal issues... I don't know if thats just pseudoscience or not, but I hear that if the leftover parts from the surgery are still damaged then the body doesnt handle having what is essentially dead tissue/ligament... and therefore could cause issues like that? My biggest fear has always been permanent damage / issues...
