Looking to takeover/sublet someone’s lease (Studio/1B preferred)
Hi! I’m looking to takeover someone’s lease for their studio/1b preferably but also open to your lease in a different living situation as well.
Ideally It will either be up in January 2027 or if it’s up beforehand, can transition into a month-to-month lease!
Open to any neighborhoods within San Francisco the city!
About me:
23 year old graduate from UIUC and have lived in the city for 2 years now since graduation. I am a social butterfly when I’m out but enjoy a quiet place of a home. Usually my days consist of working, grabbing dinner with different friends and sleeping haha. I plan to move to nyc in Jan ‘27 which is the reason I’m looking for a short term lease (my apartment only offers 12 month leases even though i’ve lived here for 2 years).
