guys i need help. These past 2 days ive Extremely ill and bedridden, Luckily I was off one day & used PPTO for the other day.

Now, it’s progressively getting WORSE. I have only been at walmart for almost 6 months, my coach told me to file a LOA and return the 18th. I have 4 points, and am TERRIFIED of losing this job. Will my LOA get approved even if I haven’t reached 12 months of service?

I also still need to upload documents , how do i go about that? I am going to the ER tomorrow, but I have no packet yet from sedgwick🤔 Do i get a note and then go to my primary doctor as a follow up when the packet arrives? How long do I have to upload documents?
