Musselman 70.3- Just to Finish!

I’m training right now, 6 weeks out and am feeling really tired, what is a good measure of if I’m going to be able to finish the race?

im a 125lb female, I can do the swim no problem although I’m pretty tired after, I can run fine just slow and my bike is super slow I’m only pushing 85 watts.

is there a measure of what I should be able to do by this point, also what is everyone’s training looking like for a 70.3, what are the average amount of hrs per week and in peak week Just curious to how I compare?

I did Pilates today on the Sunday of the 6th week and I don’t think I can do my long run I’m tired would that be okay do you think?

Training for Musselman 70.3 which is in 9 weeks and just think the run today will be too much

** I’m on Week 5** Is this plan good enough to get me to the finish of Musselman 70.3? I am weaker on the bike but fine on the swim and can run as well just not fast! I am 29 and pretty fit but don’t seem to have a good engine on the bike or in general.

Also speaking of that would love to get advice, I love the swim and can do it no problem however I struggle with feeling overwhelming fatigue after swim sessions, even when I fuel before and after and take it super slow! I know it can be more tiring to warm the body up after a cold swim but how do I manage this when on race day obviously after the swim we go into the bike but I don’t want to feel zonked on the bike!?
