Ive been in a good place lately with my sleep and hot flashes, steady on 0.1mg patch. Pharmacy has been refilling me on Sandoz 2x weekly.
Well this last box was refilled with Mylan and and boom!! All my symptoms are back. Grrrrrr
I started a creatine powder and I am retaining water to the point that I had to start wearing compression socks bc of the cankles at day's end. My fingers and even lips feel puffy. Is this normal when starting creatine or is something else going on I should call my doctor about?
I got a Morton countertop spray with hypochlorous acid at Target a few months ago, went to go buy more and its no longer sold. Checked most of the other big box stores that I can think of and they're no longer carrying it either. Is it just really popular and out of stock or was it recalled or something?
