This is a prime rib poutine I got from the Fool and Flagon in Hamilton. The white sauce is a horse radish sauce, it has crispy onions and cilantro as the garnish with house cut fries, thinly sliced beef prime rib and Quebec cheese curds mixed in. A nice brown gravy that wasn't overly salty too.
