What is going on with the concerts???
Alright, forgive me for my ignorance, I just recently found this artist. Cool music, very unique. That being said…why the hell are people shaking and crying to the point it looks like they’re in severe anguish and pain at literally all her shows? And why does she often post clips where this very strange behavior is occurring? Seriously, I get it, people get excited for their favorite artists, people used to faint for Michael Jackson, but this just has such a different and disturbing energy to it, especially given how quiet it usually is given the nature of her music, putting these concerning displays of emotion on full display, it’s very intimate and uncomfortable to me. Furthermore I don’t think I’m alone in this opinion, you can see others in the crowd look at these outbursts i’m referring to in alarm and concern. It’s definitely like not a healthy display of emotion or more importantly social etiquette imho, and I’m just wondering how this phenomenon could’ve possibly started. Is this a weird part of the fandom the community just ignores? Is this somehow considered normal in the community despite being obviously extremely out of the ordinary? Again, not asking from the place of a hater, just genuinely curious, as I’ve never seen anything like this before. Thanks!
