I think Multi would take advantage in the purgatory because no matter what group he will be in there will be a person with the chip in the other team so at the end the chip would take control and make the person turn against it's teammates. Like Graf or HaiperEXE but Shappo also does what Multi says.
Foolish is helping Dark Cucurucho for his powers to grow but YoungMulti (NeedYourBlood) is helping Cucurucho with his plan.
Dark Cucurucho is also said to hate the federation that's why Foolish is helping him, in the new stream he told others about the Dark Cucuruchos plan wanting them to join him to defeat the federation.
YoungMulti on the other hand is staying quiet about the fact that he's in contact as well as is helping Cucurucho create mobs that will be controlled by the federation. Multi also adopted Nacho which is just cute tbh.
I think I'm the near future there will be like a fight or something between the Dark Cucurucho and Cucurucho.
It's just my theory but I want to also hear other people's opinions about the topic.
