为什么需要你花这 3 分钟： GitHub 对"被多人独立举报的严重内容"处理更快、更重视。一个人举报是投诉，几百人举报是信号。

怎么做（选一个或两个都做）：

方式一：举报整个仓库

打开仓库主页(https://github.com/yangjingyuan0828/awesome-yangjingyuan) → 右侧 "About" 下方点 Report repository。以下逐项填写：

• From：保持你自己的账号即可。GitHub 承诺对被举报方保密你的身份。
• Please select a category：下拉里选最贴近的一项：优先选 "personal / private information"（暴露他人隐私 / 开盒）；若无此项，选 "harassment, bullying, or threats"（骚扰）。两类都适用，选一个主类目，正文里把其余违规写清即可。
• What would you like to report?：粘贴下方英文文本（可以自己修改下）。

第一部分：选择信息类型 + 说明

勾选项（"Please identify the content you are reporting"）

勾选第 4 项： "Information related to, and posing a security risk to, you as an individual (such as social security numbers or other government identification numbers)." （issue #21 里有多人的政府身份证号，完全符合此项。）

文本框（"What file(s) should be taken down?"）粘贴：

**Background.** The repository https://github.com/yangjingyuan0828/awesome-yangjingyuan is a hostile dossier targeting Ms. Yang Jingyuan (杨景媛), a graduate student at the center of a viral controversy in China, as well as her family and other people connected to her. The account username itself impersonates her (her name + birth date). The README refers to her with a demonizing epithet ("恶丧魔") and contains a dedicated section for collecting the personal contact information of her and people around her.
**Content to be removed, grouped by type of private information:**
**1. Government identification numbers**

- The issue body publishes the full 18-digit PRC national resident ID numbers (身份证号) of SIX named private individuals: Ms. Yang, her father, her mother, a university vice president, and two professors. It also publishes her national legal professional qualification certificate number.
**2. Personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, and messaging account IDs**

- The same table lists dozens of personal mobile phone numbers, QQ numbers, WeChat IDs, and personal email addresses belonging to Ms. Yang, her parents, and four other named individuals. One comment on the issue states which of her mother's phone numbers "can still be reached" (「目前只有这一个电话能打通的」) — direct evidence that these numbers are actively being used to place harassing calls.
- https://github.com/yangjingyuan0828/awesome-yangjingyuan/blob/main/README.md — the section near the end of the file headed "相关人员联系方式" ("Contact information of related persons"). It publishes Ms. Yang's personal email addresses; links to Issue #21 as "version 1" of her contact information; links to her suspected cross-border travel records; and separately lists personal contact information for her suspected family members and other named individuals.
**3. Home addresses**

- The table publishes multiple residential home addresses for Ms. Yang, and residential home addresses for the vice president and professors named。
**4. Bank card numbers and device identifiers**

- The table publishes full bank card / account numbers for Ms. Yang and her mother, and device IMEI numbers for Ms. Yang and two others.
**How this poses a specific, targeted security risk.** This is not incidental exposure — it is a compiled dossier assembled for the express purpose of enabling offline harassment of identifiable private individuals. The combination of national ID numbers, home addresses, live phone numbers, and bank account numbers creates a direct and immediate risk of identity theft, financial fraud, physical stalking, and in-person harassment. A comment on the issue itself confirms the phone numbers are already being used to harass. The victims include people (parents, dormitory roommates, family members) who are private individuals with no public role whatsoever.
**Forks.** This repository has 27 forks at the time of this report, and the README links to a network of related repositories reproducing the same material (e.g. zouzhekang/YJYpaper, which hosts a "version 2" of the same contact-information dossier at Issue #76). Based on the forks I have reviewed, I believe all or most forks contain the same private information, and I request that the fork network be included in this action.
**Urgency.** This is time-sensitive: the personal data is live and, per the issue comments, is actively being used to contact and harass the victims right now.

What makes this urgent is not how recently it was posted but that the data is actively being used for offline harassment. A comment on the same issue reports which of a victim's phone numbers "can still be reached" — confirming the published numbers are being used to place harassing calls as of now. The exposed data includes full national ID numbers, home addresses, live personal phone numbers, and full bank account numbers for multiple identifiable private individuals (including parents and dormitory roommates with no public role), creating an ongoing and immediate risk of identity theft, financial fraud, and physical stalking. Every additional day online compounds that risk.
