how do you know it's happening? any signs?
just got into subliminal/ manifestation these three days for SP subs (for my ex) and i've been listening to a few such as medusa and guoba (haven't tried others) and i feel something that i can't explain?
we're in somewhat no contact now yet i dreamt of him two days ago out of nowhere and last night, i had a quick left ringing in my ear and today my right eyes are twitching during the evening until now.
i also found out that earlier, he posted an insta story of his "life update" (he doesn't post anything usually and hasn't posted since march) and like i'm lowkey thinking that i'm spiralling & hyper tuned into this... as much as i want to believe it's a sign.
am i going crazy or what? what should i think about these that happened and how many times should i be listening?
